In addition to providing payroll services to local clients in Manchester, Stockport, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow and the rest of Cheshire, Alderley Payroll Services service clients throughout the UK. There is no practical restriction to your location because payroll data is transmitted electronically. The benefits to outsourcing your payroll

Outsourcing your payroll carries many benefits. Whether you are a small (single director company) or a large company we provide expert advice in the field of PAYE and workplace pensions. The time you will save not having to keep up to date with the current legislation will enable you to focus on other aspects of your business.

Processing your own payroll in-house has its own complications when your payroll clerk is on holiday, off ill, or leaves/retires, this creates a vulnerability in your payroll process. We can guarantee that your payroll will be processed on time, every time with accuracy. Not to mention the significant saving with not having to employ an in-house payroll processing team.

We will ensure RTI filing deadlines are met and at no extra cost we can be the authorised agent for your company, handling tax code notices, student load notices and dealing directly with HMRC with PAYE queries.

Not only will you avoid the software costs associated with payroll processing, but we can customise the payslips with your company logo and tailor the information included within the payslips and summary report to your requirements.

With the payroll data at our fingertips, we can produce all manner of reports. Not only does this mean you avoid spending time pulling the data together yourself, but we don’t charge for these extra reports! It’s not uncommon for accountants of our clients to request year to date information, and with the client’s authority, we are happy to work with the accountant directly. Reports can be produced in either PDF, excel or CSV files, to enable you to work with your data in the most efficient ways.

At Alderley Payroll Services we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround for both payroll processing and any questions you have.

We are GPDR compliant and take data security very seriously, using a range of measures to ensure data safety and protection.

Auto Enrolment & Workplace Pensions

Every employer in the UK has workplace pension duties, this is called auto enrolment. For new employers you will also need to file a declaration of compliance with The Pensions Regulator within 5 months of your legal duties start date.

At Alderley Payroll Services we can handle all aspects of workplace pensions, from the letters, employee assessment, pension set up, declarations of compliance and re-enrolment.

  2. Secure and compliant networks: Get peace of mind with secure, encrypted communication between parties, with easy to manage approval flows.
  3. Real-time and 24/7 payments: Get ultimate convenience with real-time payments with Faster Payments, providing the flexibility to schedule payments in advance or make last minute changes.
